Room was very nice-bed was very comfortable.
There was a new clerk who wasn't fimilar with billing and I was charged twice for the room, but it has been corrected.

I was very nice and would gladley stay there again.

This hotel has been fairly recently renovated. Rooms are in decent shape. Beds need to be upgraded.

It was conveniently located, and the staff was pleasant.
The sheets were pilled!

Secure location, friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Elevators not marked when you enter lobby, you don't know where to go.

Very nice, clean, friendly staff and above average breakfast. Great location to several area towns, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean room , furniture was very pretty.
No indoor pool or hot tub.

Me and my husband stayed for valentines day. It was a nice room but our air went out in the middle of the night and we had to get a fan from the front desk. I kinda felt like since we were awakened at 2am in the heat that they would of at least offered another night. we would of probably said no but it would of been a nice thing to offer. ...read more

This hotel is convenient to the interstate.
For what I received, it was a bit too expensive.

I liked this hotel because it is very convenient to the interstate and to down-town Birmingham. It was not worth it. In addition, every time someone closed a door the their room, it was very loud.
